Comment : 1:Très mauvais personnel, la 1ère nuit, une alarme incendie c'est déclarée vers 01h00, le surveillant ne savais pas quoi faire et après 45 minutes, c'est moi qui est arrété la sirène, il n'y a eu aucune excuses de la part de l'hôtel. 2:Le buffet du petit déjeuner n'est pas assez garni, la sale est trop petite et le personnel pas symphatique dutout.

Comment : The hotel was well located - near Gare Du Nord, the Cadet metro eateries/cafes and as well the shopping district of Laffyette. Reception staff were friendly and willing to book several tours for us. The room did not have a mini-bar or kettle, which we were expecting to be in the room. We did have to go down to reception to obtain a kettle and associated refreshments regularly. On occassion cleaning staff would knock and attempt to enter the room before we had responded and that was a little surprising at times.

Comment : Le petit déjeuner est trsè cher (11,50) alors que les produits proposés sont infectes. De plus la femme s'occupant du petit déjeuner est on ne peut plus désagréable. C'est le seul point négatif de l'hôtel.

Comment : Great hotel ! Staff make you feel at home. Buffet is delicious and fresh. Owner went out of her way to get my a taxi during transportation strike. Will definately return.

Comment : Hotels in Paris generally fare badly when compared to hotels in Canada/USA. Invariably the rooms are tiny and the prices high. The housekeepers supplied too few towels (one bath towel for two people)and the usually provided shampoo was missing. In other words, attention to detail could be improved.The Anjou was well located however, and the front desk personnel were generally polite and helpful.

Comment : le rapport prix/qualité souffre un peu parce que nous avons payé une journée à € 225.- dû au match de rugby qui a eu lieu à ce jour. Cette augmentation n'était nullement en rapport avec la dimension de la chambre
