Comment : No porter to assist with bags, no appology for this and no coutesy call to explain the delay, i ended up collecting them myself. Blocked fire exits, unfinished rooms, exposed light fittings in bathroom, toilet and bedroom.

Comment : The reception was very slow and rude. Although we reserved for two people, the room was only prepared for one person. The check in time was at 16.00 and the check out was at 11.00. This caused very big inconvenience.

Comment : There was not information anywhere that the check-out time was 11:00 not 12:00. Not in the booking confirmation by mail, not during check-in, not in any information in the room. However, we received a phone call from reception at 10:55 and the result was an unecessary stressfull ending of a very nice stay.
