Comment : Nach anfänglichem Suchen des Hotels ( direkt links neben Ibis Hotel in Defense 1) und der Tiefgarage (Einfahrt auf der Rückseite des Hotels) waren wir von der Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmer positiv überrascht. Wer zudem ein Fan der futuristischen Kulisse von La Defense ist, kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Durch ein Sommerangebot bekamen wir das Zimmer für 50% des normalen Preises und damit eine hervorragende Unterkunft. Auch die private Tiefgarage ist für einen sehr akzeptablen Tagespreis für pariser Verhältnsse empfehlenswert.

Comment : Ihr Hotel hat eine gute Lage (U-Bahn) und ist dadurch sehr gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine gute Aufteilung.
Dieser positive Eindruck wurde aber am Abreisetag durch Ihr Personal an der Rezeption ins negative verkehrt.
Hergang: Wir wollten Postkarten an der Rezeption bei Ihrer Mitarbeiterin Frau Anastasia abgeben. Diese verweigerte die Annahme der Postkarten mit der Begründung, das dies nicht zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich gehören würde und Sie deshalb keine Postkarten annehmen dürfte. Es wäre ihr sogar verboten sie Post von Gästen des Hauses anzunehmen. Wir verwiesen darauf, daß bereits ein Kollege an den Vortagen Postkarten von uns angenommen hatte. Erst nach langem hin und her, war Frau Anastasia bereit die Postkarten anzunehmen. Sie betonte aber, daß Sie sie in Ihrer Freizeit zur Post bringen müsse.
Für uns hatte dies im nachhinein einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. - Schade, da ansonsten alles o.k. war.

Comment : the location (La défense) is great (easy access to paris) but the hotel itself is in a very poor area, really far from a 4 stars hotel classical area (half naked men smoking on their balcony where we saw carts and laundry: obviously they were living there). The furnitures of the rooms were of good quality but we had stains on the sofa, marks, scratchs on the table, chairs, and a smell of cigarettes in a non-smoking room! The bedroom itself is a little bit small. But they were very welcoming!
