Comment : Price was good for Paris. Otherwise I would not recommend this hotel due to poor service and poor welcolme. However the service in Paris and the welcolm is very poor

Comment : There were some plumbing problems with the shower a few days. Also, it would be helpful to put instructions in the room to indicate that the heating system is in a different location than the air conditioning. It was confusing the first night. The rooms are a bit small, but not too bad. The bed was perfect! Nice and firm.

Comment : Hotel muy bien situado, ( Metro Grandes Boulevares a 2 minutos) limpio y habitación bastante nueva. como en las fotos. Armario y ascensor muy pequeñitos. Baño algo frío, pero correcto. Trato cordial. Hice la reserva por internet y no me pidieron nada de nada, ni el DNI. Pagué a la hora de marchar y hasta el último céntimo ajustado a los términos de la reserva. Cogí la habitación pequeña, pues paramos poco por el hotel, excelente relación calidad precio. El viaje me fue fenomenal, como estar en España o mejor, allí te entiende todo el mundo sin tener que hablar en francés !!!

J'ai demandé chambre SUPÉRIEUR payé chambre SUPÉRIEUR et je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre CLASSIQUE je ne suis pas satisfait du tout et déçu de Best Western

Comment : Reserve una habitacion superior y:la cama era de 1.50 m, no habia tetera en la habitacion tal y como decian, el lababo solo tenia un juego de toallas aunque pedi otra y nunca llego, asi como no habia cortina en la bañera, y el grifo del agua no funcionaba bien.

Comment : The air conditioning was not effective and broke resulting in the staff putting a fan in the room. The lift was adequate for 1 person with a bag only and as we were on the 6th floor meant long wait or plenty of puffing. Repairs to bathroom appear done by an inadequately trained relative. Staff very friendly and very helpful.

Comment : Emplacement génial, près des grands boulevards l'hôtel Axel Opéra est très calme.

Comment : La chambre est minuscule, il faut se contorsionner pour acceder au placard, l'ascenseur est plus que lent, on se fait reveiller par les portes qui claquent et pour couronner le tout, la douche passe du chaud au froid sans arret. Hors de question d'y retourner
