Comment : The only complaint is that the maids arrive at 8:30 in the morning and carry on a conversation between the rooms they are cleaning and prevent one from having a relaxing sleep-in.

Comment : Start off service difficult, because rooms not ready. However, they have managed to solve problems. Very good service. We will go back when being next in Paris. Good location to stay. To be recommended to friends.

Comment : The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with making arrangements for taxis and sightseeing. Location is excellent and we used the metro or walked everywhere. Restaurants and many attractions within walking distance. The hotel room looked like it should have been a single. The bed side table and bed were too close to the closet for reasonable access. There is no room service in the late evening, no coffee or tea making in the room. The room was cleaned daily but used glasses were not removed and the towels that we placed for removal were removed but not replaced so that at the last day we had no towels and needed to go to the front desk.
