Comment : la bonde de la baignoire manquait,ce qui interdisait de prender un bain.Après réclamation,on nous a fourni une bonde de lavabo inutilisable sur cette baignoire! Voila comment perdre un client.

Comment : this hotel was located just of the main tourists thoroughfair with excellent access to the metro station, not two minutes walk from the hotel lobby.Perfect for those people who want to enjoy all paris has to offer while also savoiring the quiet, quintessential parisian atmosphere of the local surrounds. Two thumbs up from me!

Comment : Extremely impressed with the service and friendliness of everybody at the hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily and sheets were changed regualrly - we stayed 9 days. We are not morning persons and rooms were cleaned even after 1 pm. Would highly recommend to everybody and would stay there again. Didn't get the breakfast but the area is amazing with tons of bakeries and restaurants.

Comment : Very good location. Great little hotel with staff who are keen to please. Nice and quiet inside the room and great as a place to stay for sightseeing. The main attractions are just a stones throw away. Very close to Notre Dame and a short ride to the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triumph etc. Recommend using the Batobus as an excellent way to travel the Seine in comfort and cheaply. The Metro is just outside the hotel entrance.

Comment : Wonderful hotel and great location. The reception staff were particularly friendly and very helpful. Hotel rooms on the small side but typical for this kind of hotel. The bathroom was large and quite nice. Liked having the windows looking on the street and provided lots of light in the room Also having a small refrigerator in the room was a plus. Would definately go back and recommend to others.

Comment : OK. Small room if you're used to American hotels. Normal sized room compared to other hotels in France. When I read the feedback for this hotel, there was a comment that it's too far from the RER station to walk. Don't exit to the Luxembourg garden. Take the OTHER exit from the Luxembourg RER stop and you're less than 50 feet (as opposed to 300 yards) from the front door. Either way it's a very short walk. The hotel is very nice worth all 3 stars. The room and hotel are very clean. If you're going with your girlfriend, this is a perfect place to stay (Don't try to save 20 euros, you're in Paris for crying out loud!).
