Comment : I was lucky to receive a Junior Suite for the price of a Double Room as there were no Double Rooms rooms left when I checked in. I was supposed to stay for one night, but decided to see if I could stay another night. This is when I learned that I had been staying in a Junior Suite. For the extra night, the staff was very fair and accomodating and allowed me to stay in the Junior Suite with an additional charge to the Double Room as there were no Double Rooms available. Very accomodating staff and really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Comment : Very welcoming nice clean and tidy with friendly staff, we would recomend the Hotel and stay again! The Bistro Marbeuf opposite the Hotel is very friendly, with excellent service, great food and is good value for money and Highly recommended.. From Mr and Mrs Cox From Torbay Devon UK.
