Comment : Nice updated room facing Madeline Church, very clean and new bathroom. The restaurant next door was just great for lunch or an afternoon drink to people watch. Bus stop beside church less than 1block & concorde 1block from front of church with great view of the oblisk. Hotel is behind the church. Would stay there in a minute

Comment : Check out time was up to 12.00pm. We returned from breakfast 10.15 am to find the maid in our room the bed aready changed. She was in the bathroom cleaning and changing towels etc. We had to sit and wait until she was finished before we could clean our teeth etc (which ment we used a clean towel) pack away our toileties before leaving the hotel. The maid made no attempte to leave the room when we returned.

heureusement que le prix était intéressant, le petit déjeuné n'est vraiment pas terrible ainsi que l' organisation.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait et vraiment bien placé

I would like to commend your staff at the front desk for their exceptional service excellence - they always went out of their way to accommodate our requests. I will definitely be back and recommend your hotel to others.
However, I must add that in making the booking and arranging for airport transfers the service could have been better..

Comment : By American standards the room was very small and spartan. Bathroom needed updating in the room we were in. Next time I would ask for a superior room rather than standard. At least in a three star hotel. But the hotel was a good value for the money.

Comment : We couldn't have been happier with our hotel choice. The location was fabulous--near lots of good food, metro station, window shopping, and museums. The room was cheery, the staff helpful.
