I would like to commend your staff at the front desk for their exceptional service excellence - they always went out of their way to accommodate our requests. I will definitely be back and recommend your hotel to others.
However, I must add that in making the booking and arranging for airport transfers the service could have been better..

Comment : By American standards the room was very small and spartan. Bathroom needed updating in the room we were in. Next time I would ask for a superior room rather than standard. At least in a three star hotel. But the hotel was a good value for the money.

Comment : Our only complaint about our room was the bathroom, it showed signs of where and it could have been a bit cleaner. Our room looked exactly like pictured. It was small but there was ample closet space so it wasn't a problem. The window was double glazed so there was no noise from the plaza, a nice surprise, but we could here voices from neighboring rooms. Most rooms face the plaza with amazing views of the Madeleine, but there are a few rooms facing side streets so be sure and request a plaza facing room. There is a pay parking garage across the street, very convenient if you are driving.The breakfast was fine but there are plenty of other options near by. For the same price you can have a hot cooked breakfast at the cafe next door.

Comment : We felt the 5 Euro charge to use the internet each time was over-priced and not explained to us fully. We understood the 5 Euro for 30 minutes could be used in increments (for example, 3 times for 10 minutes each).
