Comment : Hotel was very close to the metro and all sites we wanted to see. Staff was super friendly and helpful and were able and willing to answer all of our questions. Helped us book a taxi to the airport and gave us free maps of Paris. Toll free phone calls had no connection fee, which was nice. Would stay here again. Thanks!!

Comment : The room was very very small, even for European standards. Our window looked at a concrete wall and was right next door to the Service Room. We could hear every word they spoke. I was not expecting a great hotel but I would classify this as a low-end Hostel Hotel feel. We were extremely dissatisfied. We were supposed to be there for 4 nights and checked out and found another hotel after one night.

Comment : rendere la hall più accogliente magari sostituendo il salottino con uno più nuovo e moderno e le finte piante con delle vere.
Attenzione in camera alle coperte e ai cuscini di cortesia fermi sopra gli armadi!! Avevano molta polvere ed erano quasi inutilizzabili.

Comment : The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect with metro close by, lots of restaurants, shops close.

Comment : The shower room was tiny and we are small in stature! There didn't appear to be any form of mechanical extract ventilation which would be mandatory in the UK. The lack of a mirror in the main room is very surprising and I recommend that one is provided. We also had difficulty in finding the hotel because of its tucked-away location. These faults are minor and they were outweighed by the warm and friendly attitude of the reception staff .
