Comment : BEL HOTEL AVEC PISCINE VASTE HALL AVEC UN ACCUEIL AGREABLE J AI BIEN AIME (en tant que femme) LES PETITS DETAILS DANS LA SALLE DE BAINS (trousse de couture d'urgence, coton demaquillant, éponge pour fond de teint... ) petit bemol, la qualité de l'éclairage dans la chambre (un peu juste au niveau de la puissance de l'éclairage).

Comment : J'ai vu naître cet hôtel. Il a un peu vieilli. Le trafic auto s'étant considérablement accru ces derniéres années, l'hôtel souffre de la proximité de la Francilienne. L'ambiance esr familiale, décontractée. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. L'offre est attractive. Rapport prix/prestations intéressant.

Comment : L'hôtel fait un peu vieillot mais j'ai étè agréablement surprise de la propreté de la chambre c'est un trés bon point pour l'hôtel.
Un relooking ferait de l'hôtel Saphir une destination hyper chic !! A voir

Bar expensive, but aren't all hotel bars?
Staff response to our nationality was varied from a superb welcome and patience, and a very helpful bar-man. To a sense of being looked down on and made fun of by a receptionist who was more interested in her conversation and fun-making with another guest/member of the facilities than being patient with my request for a bottle of wine to our room.
The swimming pool was closed but no signs so very disappointed children.
The room was lovely and clean and bathroom luxury... on the whole a ood stay for one night but not sure we'll be returning.

Comment : Famille nombreuse (5 enfants), nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner, varié et excellent, le prix puisque seuls les adultes payent le déjeuner.
Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. Merci.

Comment : Para tener completamente sastisfecho a todos los clientes en general en el SAPHIR HOTEL, es que deberian de proporcionarle algun medio de transporte aquellas personas que nos hospedamos alli sin ningun medio de transporte personal, ya que para poder movernos de alli la unica forma es por medio de TAXI. Es simplemente una sugerencia!!

Comment : the only thing which was not really good, is the fact that some guest did smoke cigrattes in the room and the room had therefore a terrible smell, otherwise Saphir is a fair bargin and I will recommend this place for sure to other friends
