Comment : The staff wasn't helpful at booking reservations or giving advice. They seem to do the minimum. But, the rooms were clean and the location is good, except for the occasional late night outside noise. Breakfast is expensive for what is served.

Comment : Hotel molto tranquillo nonostante sia a due passi dagli champs elysee, noi avevamo la camera superior, molto carina e spaziosa così come il bagno. i letti erano singoli, se volete un letto matrimoniale dovete chiederlo al momento della prenotazione. tutto molto pulito. la colazione è a buffet, non è abbondantissima ma buona. posizione comoda, in centro e a due passi dalla linea 1 della metro. personale gentile,unica pecca è che nessuno conosce l'italiano..comunque lo consiglio a tutti.

Comment : I was extremely disappointed in the hairdryers fixed on the walls, as one of our party had long hair and there was no way you could dry it using this. The porters were completely useless in locating another hairdryer. There were also no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms.

Comment : the hotel was in an excellent location and was in great condition very clean however the service wasnt very good at all. the staff especially in the evening where pretty poor and with a bar that never opened, well thats just not good enough. on a positive note though i thought the city and locals where excellent and hope that the hotel could maybe try to provide a better level of customer servce in the future. thanks

Comment : The area is frequented by far more tourists than we had anticipated. This is a largely international area (diplomats and such), so that, even when venturing away from the tourists, you are still not in the "real" Paris. Price gouging, etc. This was very disappointing to us. For people who want the "comfort" of being surrounded by foreign tourists, this location would work very well.
