Comment : Desk staff was friendly - and thankfully for us - fluent in English. The room was not as small as expected given other reviews. There were two small closets and a stand for a suitcase, plus a bit of space next to the bed to open a suitcase. We were quite comfortable. Great water pressure, very secure building, working tv with CNN Int'l. The location could not be better. It is just a few blocks from the Siene, just across the river from Notre Dame, and the neighborhood itself - El marais - is amazing. Fun restaurants, good nightlife and really, the best falafel I've ever had (and I'm from Brooklyn!). I would recommend to a friend.

Comment : The phone in our room did was broken, and the staff at the front desk not only did nothing to fix it, but they were not even apologetic. They told us to go to the street to find a pay phone!

Comment : The room we were given was essentially a single room with a double bed crammed into it - horrible. We were then offered a much better room, on another floor. The staff were very nice indeed, but I wouldn't recommend the hotel - if there hadn't been another bigger room free it would have ruined our holiday.

Comment : The room we were allocated (103) was basically a single room. Small bed, single pillow (there was a second in the cupboard), one bath towel and one glass. Having arrived late we decided to make the best of it rather than complain.

Comment : Mehr Sauberkeit im Zimmer wäre wichtig. Der Filter der Klimaanlage sollte gereinigt werden, damit es nicht zu üblen Gerüchen kommt. Das Frühstück ist sehr karg und nicht gut (altes Gebäck, schlechter Kaffee). Das Personal könnte freundlicher und kompetenter sein.

Comment : hôtel déjà fréquenté, dont la qualité baisse avec le temps ; plusieurs anomalies signalées ; prix normal trop élevé (j'ai bénéficié d'une offre promotionnelle sans quoi je n'aurais aps choisi cet hôtel) sans aucun rapport avec la qualité de la prestation, par ailleurs tout à fait satisfaisante pour moi qui n'ai pas l'habitude d'aller dans des hôtels de grand confort. Personnel très aimable et serviable.
