Comment : The rooms are very small, but that is not uncommon in Europe. Some Americans may find that odd. We could hear a lot of street noise even with the windows closed, but it didn't keep us up at night. Our room looked like it had recently been updated and was very clean. The staff at the Front Desk were very nice and helpful when we had questions. The location in the Latin Quarter can't be beat for its proximity to the Cluny Museum, Notre Dame, the Pantheon, the Louvre, etc...This was a great hotel for the price and we would definitely stay there again.

Comment : Fantastic loacation for RER trains and metro, coming in From CD airport was really easy no changing trains and the hotel is just around the corner from station. Our room althought small (typical in Paris) we could see the top of the Notre dame from a small balcony who needs more???

Comment : Das Personal im Frühstücksraum und im Zimmer war unaufmerksam bis unfreundlich (Frühstücksbüffet wurde nicht aufgefüllt, das >Zimmer an einem Tag abends noch nicht gemacht). Ansonstan waren wir mit dem Hotel insbesondere im Hinblick auf den Preis zufrieden.

Comment : Although arrival by 1 p.m. stated, room not ready at 4p.m. Minor problems such as light bulbs not working were frustrating as was the fact that tea making facilities were not in room (had to be asked for).

Comment : My wife and I really enjoyed our 1-night stay. It was a great location and your staff was quite helpful. I would have just preferred a room that was non-smoking. I don't recall if that was an option. We could just smell the remencents of smoke. Aside from that, a really pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend the hotel to other travelers.
