Comment : This hotel is very loud, as most of the rooms have windows on the
roadside which is a manin road. There is no air conditioning in the
rooms. I had problems in sleeping. I had to change my room four times,
twice because of the noise, once because of the electrical problems,
and once because the warm water pipe in the bath room was suddenly
torn apart and the warm water filled the bath room as well as the
hotel room. People in the hotel are friendly, but this hotel needs a
thorough renovation and upgrading.

trop de portes qui claquent même à 2h du matin

Comment : In general customer service poor . Although a cleaner and 1 female receptionist very good.Male receptionist sarcasticaly said he only spoke chinese .He also tried to charge us 11 euros for using the phone . We had not used it .

Comment : Suis partagé. J'apprécie la proximité de Montparnasse. Ce qui veut dire que l'hôtel est bien situé, d'autant que les différents moyens de transport sont au pied de l'hôtel. Les commodités et services offerts par l'hôtel sont très moyens.

Comment : booked hotel last minute since all hostels in Paris were full for the evening. location was main attraction since I needed to take the RER to Orly Airport for an early morning flight. Staff were not rude, but were not nice either. Room was very small.

Comment : Room was tiny; the lights went out and no one could replace/reset the fuse or replace lightbulbs until several hours later. The staff was very friendly, but I will never order this size room again.
