Comment : If the staff would be very friendly at the welcome, it would let my impression of my stay in Paris much much better.
E.g. on morning when I wanted to deposit something into the safe, the receptionist (lady) almost ignored me..

Comment : insonororisation insuffisante (métro, bruits de la rue, plus chambre à côté de l'ascenseur). C'est la raison principale qui fait que je ne recommenderais pas cet hôtel, malgré son emplacement pratique, sa remise à neuf et son service accueillant.

Comment : The hotel was a disappointment . The room was reasonably appointed and very warm . The bathroom was good but in need of decoration and the toilet needed cleaning.The hall outside our room and staircase to the ground floor was grim.The carpet was filthy and covered in paint. There was rubbish outside our room for 4 days and a spare bed folded up for 2 days.

Comment : bonne literie mais forte odeur de peinture, on etait relegue en haut et les couloirs etaient encore pleins d'aspirateurs et de produits d'entretien,( ils y sont restes 2 jours). Cher pour ce que c'est !!!

Réceptionniste et veilleur de nuit ne donnent pas l'impression d'être contents d'être là.

Comment : This Hotel is being renovated and there are better valued Hotels in the same area. Very noisy, and if you shut the window to eliminate the noise it got to hot to sleep. The air conditioning did not work, nor did the TV. Internet was also not working.
