Comment : - très bon hôtel, bien supérieur à de nombreux 3 étoiles de Paris. Les chambres sont superbes, très bien équipées, de taille tout-à-fait correcte, l'accueil très aimable. A recommandé (c'est déjà fait !)
- Rapport qualité/prix jugé excellent car ai bénéficié d'un tarif réduit de plus de 55%

war es nachts sehr laut. Ein Wechsel auf Hinterseite
des Hauses war nicht möglich. Beim Buchen sollte die Lage des Zimmers angezeigt werden.

Comment : Très bon accueil. Chambre avec vue sur le patio très agréable. Dommage que la salle de bains soit petite et que l'isolation sonore entre les chambres soit pourrie : je sais exactement quelle chaine de télé mon voisin de chambre a regardée et jusqu'à quelle heure!

Comment : RECEPTION WAS NOT AWARE THAT i HAD CANCELLED MY BOOKING FOR A CLASSIC ROOM AND HAD INSTED BOOKED A CONFORT ROOM. iNITIALLY WE WERE ALLOCATED A CLASSIC ROOM AND HAD TO POINT OUT THEIR ERROR. THEN IT CAME TO LIGHT THAT THERE WERE NO CONFORT ROOMS AVAILABLE AND THE HOTEL HAD TO UPGARDE THE ROOM - WHICH WAS APPRECIATED

Comment : The hotel was perfect for a short stay, the room was tiny but the bed comfortable, and everything spotlessly clean. A pity that the desk clerk was so rude and unhelpful though all the rest of the staff were charming and the breakfast coffee was truly terrible, that really needs improving
