Comment : Great hotel...excellent location, very comfortable despite small room size. Didn't have the breakfast...so cannot comment on this. Would definitely stay here again.

Comment : j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour la nuit de noce de mon Fils en raison de son accueil ouvert 24/24H, afin que les jeunes mariés puissent bénéficier d'un accueil personnalisé a leur arrivée très tard dans la nuit, alors que nous ne pouvions pas prendre possession des clés de la chambre dans la journée aux horaires habituels.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié et été très touchés de l'attention personnalisée qui leur a été réservée à leur arrivée dans leur chambre.
L'accueil très agréable dans cet hôtel mérite d'être souligné.

Comment : Excellent location, only 3 minutes away from the Arc de Triomphe. Room smallish but good value for the price. Good-sized bathroom complete with full size bath. Would definitely use again.

Comment : sur ma réservation, il était précisé que des peignoires étaient à disposition dans la salle de bain!!! C'est la seule chose qui manquait au descriptif. de plus la chambre était plus petite que la surface espérée toujours selon le descriptif;

Comment : Jean Lupe on reception was so helpful with all my requests. Was a surprise for my husbands 40th and he assisted with booking our dinner trip on the seine (which was spectacular)before we arrived and gave us an upgrade on our room as there was one available. Would like to thank him for all his help and advice.
Very memorable weekend and would have no problems to stay at star Etoile should we get to visit Paris again.

Comment : Bien situé si on fait le Marathon de Paris mais très cher (malgré les réductions proposées) pour la qualité de l'Hôtel.
On paye plus l'emplacement à 200m des champs élysées que les prestations hôtelières.
