Comment : Il est dommage d'arriver le soir et de s'entendre dire que l'ascenseur est en panne et que votre chambre se situe au 5ème étage.
L'accès se fait de surcroît par un escalier très étroit et en colimaçon.
Quant au geste commercial:rien du tout.

Comment : The hotel is old an the rooms are small. Everything was quite clean, but for example the toilet was very worn. There is just basic things, no comforts like hairdryer and the showercurtain was seen its best days. Especially I hated the old brown blanket, which was rough and shabby. But the location was nice, the nearest metrostation is on the corner and you can get everywhere by it. The stuff is friendly, especially the oldest lady on the reception. I can recommend this hotel for those who don´t want to spend money to accommodation, but if you need any comfortables, this is not your place.

Comment : We reserved a non smoking room. The room assigned has been used by smokrts. i requested a chenge of room and they send us to a room on the patio close to the garvege receptacles.
My son room bathroom had a leak on the floor. He requested to be change to another room, which they did, but this time therter was no hot water.
The male attendant was very rude.
